MILLION DOLLAR ARM ......actually on Wednesday, i eagerly went to a
cinema hall in trichy to see this movie .... believe me ,, there were
just 4 people, there had come for the show .... the theater hall
cancelled the show .... siting various other reasons .... i did not
loose the hopes .... today i inquired again ... luckily , there were
around 15 people had gathered for the show ... so they graciously
decided to run the last days show today(Thursday) .... i was so lucky to
see this movie ... the movie is all about a failing american sports
agent ... he comes to India to find young talent ( as his last resort to
boon his profession) .... .... he picks two boys by the way of
competitions ... he takes them to Losangeles and prepares them for the
base ball .... though initially i thought the scenes depicting India are
not good , ... later on the scenes very interesting .... the initial
struggle the boys face in US is enormous ...later on one by one they
overcome all struggles and come up as winners .... the movie was very
good in too many ways ... firstly i came to know what exactly the
baseball is about ... how much energy is required to play the game ....
after seeing this movie , here after , i promise that at-least for a few
minutes i will watch baseball if i get chance .... finally , before the
movie was over AR REHMAN as usual gave the pleasant surprise .... the
movie closes with a lovely Tamil song .... i enjoyed this movie ...
thank god .. they screened this movie for 18 patrons ... he he ...
